Yoga & Pilates

Em is excited to bring Yoga and Pilates to the Stockton community. With classes at the refurbished Stockton Surf Club – Join her on the mat for mindful movement that strengthens, nourishes and balances your entire being.

Pilates Total Body - $15 per session

A 60 minute low-impact class, designed to wake up the core and strengthen, sculpt and lengthen muscles. Incorporating Pilates matwork exercises and bodyweight resistance training. All fitness levels welcome.

Yin Yang Yoga - $15 per session

A 60 minute class. Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – Yang energises and strengthens whilst Yin centres and rejuvenates. Together, the benefits of more dynamic sequences and standing postures, with passively held yoga poses, makes for a beautifully balanced fusion.

Yin Yoga - $15 per session

A 60 minute class. Yin is a slower, deeper yoga practice designed to open the body. Yin Yoga is great for increasing mobility, releasing tension and improving flexibility. Yin Yoga can help create and maintain a balanced body, mind and lifestyle.

Pilates Flow Fusion - $15 per session

A 60 minute class, combining a dynamic series of Pilates core exercises with Yang style yoga asanas. This class is designed to build strength and heat, whilst clearing blockages throughout the body enabling you to reap the beautiful benefits both Pilates & Yoga offers within the one practice.

For the week of 4th November 2024, there will be a slight change in timetable. Wednesday 6th November at 6pm will be a Pilates class, therefore no Yin this week. And no Pilates class will be running on Thursday 7th November. Apologies for any inconvenience.
